Amara's Oven is a home bakery based in Rajajinagar, Bengaluru, operated by [Business Owner Name]. By placing an order through our website or WhatsApp, you agree to the terms below.
All orders are confirmed only once we've responded on WhatsApp confirming availability, price and delivery date. Placing an order through the website (cart checkout or enquiry form) does not guarantee availability until we confirm.
Standard orders require at least 48 hours' advance notice. Wedding cakes and large custom orders may require 5–7 days. See our Contact page for current delivery-area timing.
Prices listed on the site are per the current menu and may change without notice. The price confirmed with you on WhatsApp at the time of order is the price that applies.
We currently collect a 50% advance via UPI to confirm your order, with the remaining balance due on delivery. [If Razorpay or another gateway is integrated, replace this section with the actual payment flow and link to Razorpay's terms.]
Changes can be made up to 48 hours before your delivery date. Cancellations before 48 hours are eligible for a partial refund — see our Refund Policy for details. Cancellations within 48 hours of delivery are not eligible for a refund, as ingredients have already been purchased.
We deliver across the areas listed on our Contact page. Delivery windows are approximate; we'll do our best to notify you of any delay.

We take care in preparing every order, but we are not liable for issues arising from improper storage after delivery, allergic reactions not disclosed to us in advance, or delays caused by circumstances outside our control (e.g. traffic, weather).
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always applies to new orders placed after the update.
